8:30 am to 9:30 am Breakfast,
Karmayoga ( Daily Chores )
10:30 am to 11:30 am Lecture class(Yoga Philosophy).
11:45 am to 12:45 am Ayurveda and anatomy class
1:00 pm to 3:30 am Lunch break
3:30 pm to 4:30 am yoga therapy practical , theoretical , questions answered, alignment and adjustment
4:45 pm to 5:45 am Yoga practice
5:45 pm to 7:00 am Tea break
7:00 pm to 7:45 am DRT ( deep relaxation technique)
8:00 pm dinner
